Shipping Policy
Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing significant delays. Packages are taking longer than expected to be delivered and some packages are not being scanned until delivery. Please be patient with us during this time.
Orders typically ship in 5-10 business days unless otherwise noted. HOWEVER, during Launch Days, Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend, and other sale time orders can take 1-2 weeks to ship because we are handling a high volume of orders. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue.
We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available. Please note: These are estimates only.
Default Shipping Speed and Service:
I ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate.
Lost Packages:
Please remember that once R. Carter drops off your package at the post office we have no control over the delivery speed. It is in USPS's hands.
If you fear your package is lost, please contact USPS. R. Carter is unable to open any USPS cases for you that is the buyer's responsibility. You may contact R. Carter for assistance, but we are not responsible for the lost merchandise.
Address Changes:
Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
